• Create an account (employees): Name, email address, and employment-related information.
• Payment processing: WooCommerce and Stripe collect payment card information. We never store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe stores only the last 4 digits and card brand for display purposes.

Active client records are retained for the duration of service and for a minimum of 5 years thereafter, consistent with Florida AHCA record-keeping requirements for HCS providers. Inquiry/prospect records not converted to active clients are retained for 2 years.
